Our service

AyyanGo connects riders with drivers for local taxi, airport transfers, outstation trips, and rentals. Fares, vehicle availability, and coverage areas may vary by location and time.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup and drop details
• Be ready at the agreed time and treat drivers respectfully
• Pay the fare shown at booking confirmation, including applicable taxes and fees
• Do not misuse the platform, share OTP codes, or engage in unsafe behaviour

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation charges may apply after a driver is assigned. Refunds for wallet or digital payments follow the timelines of the payment provider and our support process.

Liability

We work to provide safe, reliable travel. To the extent permitted by law, AyyanGo is not liable for indirect losses arising from delays, traffic, weather, or third-party services.
